2026 The Hollo Gravel Classic
The Hollo is a grassroots gravel event that takes riders through the glacial hills, prairies, hollows, and lakes of west-central Minnesota.
Beginning in the town of Battle Lake, the route heads south through rolling farmland, prairie lakes, and the quiet hollows of Tordenskjold Township. Riders pass the race’s namesake Hollo Lake, and continue east across the windswept fields of Clitherall Township. The course then weaves between lakes and over rolling terrain toward the Leaf Mountains, where punchy climbs reward participants with sweeping views. The approximately 75-mile course was thoughtfully designed by local riders to showcase a selection of their favorite roads, while leaving a few to be discovered.
