2025 Gunflint Scramble

A 20 mile mountain bike race on Minnesota’s Gunflint Trail. Featuring beautiful scenery and punishing climbs.

Will I actually be chased by wild animals?

No. Probably not.

There is abundant wildlife in the area, all of which you are more likely to see running from you than the other way around.

The 20-mile course takes you on a system of nordic ski trails, snowmobile trails and forest roads, as well as a section of single track trails.  The trails are remote and beautiful, and are seldom used outside of the winter.
