Med City Meander Routes

The 15 and 25 mile routes start and end at Cascade Lake Park with check-in between 8am and 10am.

The NEW FOR 2026 52 mile Rochester Rotary Ramble Route starts at the Silver Lake Fire Station with check-in from 7am-8am.

All riders are encouraged to make their way to Little Thistle brewing after their ride for the official Med City Meander after party!
