The Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota has sent a letter to Governor Walz, Attorney General Ellison, and the commissioners of Commerce, Transportation, and Health, urging a coordinated response to the electric motorcycles and mopeds being marketed and sold to Minnesota families as “e-bikes.”
