Highway to Unhealth
More than 250,000 Twin Cities residents live within one mile of the I-94 trench. Air pollution in these communities is more than 3x higher than what is deemed unhealthy by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. It is time to build a future that repairs the harms of the highway in our community.
Hear from industry experts and about how air pollution from the highway affects Twin Cities residents & learn about a once-in-a-generation opportunity our community has to fix the highway for good through the Twin Cities Boulevard project.
Join Health Professionals for a Healthy Climate and Our Streets Minneapolis to face the harms of the highway head-on and imagine a better future for the people of the Twin Cities.
Food will be provided. Masking is encouraged.
