N4MN’s work focuses on big picture policy that – when passed – take years or decades to become reality. Come hear from a N4MN founder and volunteer what it’s like to live in a city, Zurich, where many of the reforms we advocate for are standard:
- zero lot line buildings, and a FAR above 1
- small minimum lot sizes
- single-stair buildings
- (nuanced) rent control
- commercial uses in every neighborhood
- sheltering unsheltered people
- robust social housing financing and a goal of 1/3 social housing
