Smart Cycling Course – Rochester
This Smart Cycling course gives cyclists the confidence they need to ride safely and legally in urban traffic. The course covers bicycle safety checks, fixing a flat, on-bike skills and crash avoidance techniques, and includes a student manual. This fast-paced course prepares cyclists for a full understanding of bicycle driving.
Must be 16 years or older to participate. Smart Cycling is a nine-hour two-day course. This class will meet at the Rochester MN Government Center (room 104) on Friday, April 12th, from 6-9 p.m., and on Saturday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at a parking lot TBD.
For Saturday bring your bicycle, helmet, snacks/lunch, and a water bottle. Dress comfortably and for the weather.
