When it comes to giving back, there are gestures big and small. Indeed Brewing Co. in Minneapolis encourages two-wheeled guests to bike over for a pint of freshly tapped beer with great service, reasonable prices, and a mounted bike pump outside of their patio gate. Indeed goes the extra mile when it comes to doing more, like hosting us in their taproom as part of Indeed We Can. If you haven’t heard of it, Indeed We Can is a charitable giving program in which the brewery’s employees invite their favorite nonprofits to the taproom for a night.
BikeMN has had the good fortune to have a cool beer with customers at Indeed Brewing Co. in the past. We’ve given free bike inspections, made minor adjustments, held a fun game of trivia, and shared our vision for a welcoming and safe bicycling and walking culture in our state. A huge thanks goes out to Indeed Brewing for their support of BikeMN’s mission. All proceeds from last night will go towards the funding of BikeMN’s continued education and advocacy initiatives taking place around the state. We hope to pedal over to another Indeed We Can event this summer, drink a pint of some top-notch beer, and feel good about it!
